Kim Richardson has been in the trucking industry since he was 18 years old. All of his time has been spent in the education and consulting area of transportation. Founder of Kim Richardson Transportation Specialists Inc. (KRTS), Transrep and The Rearview Mirror, Kim is a chronic entrepreneur. Kim’s knowledge and expertise has been sought after by many organizations, associations and government’s globally. Kim has been the recipient of many industry awards and recognized by industry as an expert in his field. He is known as one of the best connectors in the business and utilizes his network to bring value to every Transrep customer. Kim sits on numerous boards and committees as an executive and advisor in Canada and the United States.

In her role, Jamie combines her strong organizational skills and industry expertise to oversee the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless support for both internal growth and client success. She works closely with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored solutions that drive meaningful results.

Nicole has been an integral part of the TransRep team for over seven years, bringing dedication, creativity, and strong organizational skills to everything she does. She plays a key role in planning and executing the National Recruiting & Retention Symposium, ensuring the event runs seamlessly from start to finish and continues to deliver exceptional value to attendees across the industry.
In addition to her event leadership, Nicole works closely with Kim on the company’s day-to-day operations. Her attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to excellence make her an essential part of the TransRep team and a driving force behind many of the company’s successful initiatives.
